Not only does our pool stay blue, which it never did with our previous pool company, but he is also super responsive and answers every call and text we have promptly, ensuring that we are always satisfied with his service. After several years and multiple pool service companies, we have been extremely happy to have found Jacob at Majestic Pools and Spas. We had trouble with other companies being proactive with our filter cleaning - always having to call multiple times to get the issue fixed. Jacob notices when the pool is running slow and he remedies the situation immediately. We literally never have to call about a problem because he catches it before we do. Highly recommend.
